Scott started his career in ATM sales in the 2000 and in that time has gained an intimate knowledge of all facets of the market. Using his many years in the industry Scott has gained extensive experience and developed an excellent knowledge base, learning what works well as well as what not to do. He has acquired a specialist knowledge of the industry and key players by working with the both Cashcard ATM and Customers ATM for many years however his desire to be able to provide his valued customers with every flexibility and particularly personalised service led Scott to establish his own company - and he hasn't looked back. He now focuses his energy and attention on making CashPoint ATM the number one company in ATM service - which in his view is the single most important provision in ATM deployment. Passionate about the industry, Scott has developed a well earned reputation for his honesty and common sense approach to all his business dealings.
DIRECTOR/MARKETING MANAGER: CASSANDRA SMITH (Just married sales manager Scott!)
Cassandra also brought to CashPoint experience gained through previous work with another ATM company. No stranger to marketing but certainly unaware of the intricacies of the ATM industry she too used her years working as Cashcard's Direct Marketing Manger to build up her knowledge of and expertise in this industry. When Cassandra settled in to life with CashPoint she was amazed at the incredible difference in not only the company dynamic but company ethos. " Customers come first at CashPoint. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT: KEN JOUNG
Mr. Joung holds a degree in Computer Engineering. He has over 15 years experience involving the development of banking automation products, network and systems integration in the ATM,KIOSK manufacturing industry. In the last 10 years, he was in senior technical and software development roles. Ken played a major role in CashPoint software development and introduction new product into the Australian market.
OPERATIONS MANAGER: LUKE INGOLD
Luke started with CashPoint in a service capacity as an ATM technician, a role in which he proved himself extremely competent. This background gave him a strong foundation and his natural ambition to learn more across a broader cross section of the businesses day to day running and his personal desire to take on more responsibility saw him grow into the role of Operations Manager for CashPoint ATM. A demanding job, Luke has proven his ability to handle potential problems quickly and efficiently, has improved upon established processes and procedures and has become a central part of the reason CashPoint is seen as a professional, well oiled organisation.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT/SERVICE: MARK CALDWELL
Mark has been a highly valued member of the CashPoint Team for over 8 years now. With a background in cabling and electrical work and an unquestionable focus on problem resolution and customer service Mark was a prize catch and a natural choice to head up our service and technical support. Having worked specifically with our range of products for so many years there is nothing from a service point of view that he doesn't know about our range of products! Nothing. When you have an ATM issue at midnight on a busy Saturday night chances are it will be Marks voice you hear telling you how to resolve your problem. In our company management are the hardest workers! Our service history logs show that 93.7 per cent of all logged service calls have been resolved simply by talking it through on our service line - run and managed by Mark. But more than that, with Mark there is no problem too big or too small for him to help you with and no time of the day or night that he isn't available to help. Our service line is 24/7, seven days a week.
WAREHOUSE MANAGER: NATHAN LAYLIM
Nathan is a relatively new addition to our expanding team. In order to maintain our high standards as we grow it was necessary to take create a new role in order to keep control of our expanding product range, parts in and out, ordering etc - basically complete warehouse management. Nathan came highly recommended and was selected not just for his obvious attention to detail and processes but because of his attitude to company and customers. Having spent over five years with his previous employers Nathan likes to see projects through and was praised by all who worked with him. We are excited to be growing our team of great people!
