This means you will see someone from CASHPOINT ATM every six months and your machine gets a good once over. Regardless of how good the service is, nobody wants to have a machine breakdown - by providing our customers preventative maintenance we have reduced the number of service call outs we receive by over 70%. Proactive, not reactive.
