As a CASHPOINT ATM customer you are given access to our 24 hour, 7 day a week service line which is manned at all times by a qualified CASHPOINT ATM technician. This includes public holidays. Wherever you are you, remote, rural or in the middle of the city, you always have immediate access to our technicians.

CASHPOINT ATM provides 6 monthly preventative maintenance for all of our customers. At no cost. This means you will see someone from CASHPOINT ATM every six months and your machine gets a good once over. Regardless of how good the service is, nobody wants to have a machine breakdown - by providing our customers preventative maintenance we have reduced the number of service call outs we receive by over 70%. Proactive, not reactive.
On top of this we operate our own Remote Management ATM Monitoring System which we run from our office 24 hours, 7 days a week including public holidays. This system continually monitors each one of our ATMs and reports any problems. This means in some cases we are aware of an issue and are ready with a solution even before the venue is aware of a problem.
CASHPOINT ATM customers also receive DAILY transaction reports (as well as the standard monthly reports) emailed or faxed. In order to facilitate easy settlement & balancing of your ATM, CASHPOINT ATM send through reports on exactly how many transactions were done & the dollar figure the machine dispensed - EVERY DAY.
