As a Club that does a large number of transactions per month we rely heavily on our ATM and can't afford any downtime. Thats why we signed with one of the larger ATM companies - they promised us two ATM's to keep up with the demand, and it wouldn't be such a stress of one went down.

After agreeing that this was best for our site they only ended up installing one ATM but kept promising that we would receive a second ATM soon... Five years down the track and many phone calls later we were still waiting, so naturally when the contract came to an end we went looking for a new supplier.

We came across CashPoint ATM who promised to be service oriented. They installed two ATMs right from the start and have been extremely quick to respond to anything we have requested. Since signing with CashPoint we have had zero downtime.

CashPoint ATM handle all their service in-house. The value of that cannot to be under-estimated. It means we only have contact with genuine CashPoint technicians when we call through to the 7 days a week service line, plus we get the mobile number of our local rep Mark Caldwell who is always extremely approachable, quick to respond and has an excellent technical knowledge when it comes to ATMs. They also have all spare parts so I never hear - "we're waiting on a part to come in..."

In the five years I was with my previous ATM supplier the only contact I had with them was when we had a problem. I signed with CashPoint for peace of mind, after dealing with the bigger ATM companies who have the right to change your rebate structure and/or transaction fee at any time (which has already happened to me once) it's nice to know that there is an ATM company that gives a guarantee to all their customers that they will - never drop their rebate amount - never increase the transaction fee unless both parties agree AND will profit share extra income if there is a mutually agreed upon fee increase.

As the general manager of a large regional club I knew how vital the ATM’s were to our organisation in particular due to our high transaction levels. We have swapped across to Cashpoint ATM since our ATM was down with our then deployer for 16 days straight. I spoke to Scott on a Monday and they had the ATM installed on a Thursday of the same week. We are based in Hay which is a very isolated location however there was no problem for this to be done. I asked how this was possible and was told that they distribute their own ATM in Australia, they run their own tech team and they always have someone on stand-by ready to do any job that comes up at short notice. I never would have been able to get this sort of time frame from any other company unless they had the set up that Cashpoint has.

Thanks a million for getting the machine in so quickly. The ATM company that I was with still did not have a tech out in the time Cashpoint had already installed the ATM and they appeared to put more focus on taking legal action against the club if we changed our service company.

I would gladly tell anyone that will listen to swap to a real ATM company that prioritises service.

We were with one of the two largest ATM deployers and had been with them for over 7 years. Scott came to see me from Cashpoint ATM and looked to be the far better option so we signed up with him.
