ONLINE CUSTOMER PORTAL – A brilliant new feature our online customer portal gives Cashpoint customers access to a huge range of reports, journal feeds, site specific terminal information, cheat sheets, manuals – anything and everything you could need to give you easy access into the cash activity of your ATM. Don’t store all your invoices, forms and records – let us do that for you and just access when you want and need!

WI-FI HOT SPOTS

Keep your patrons in your premises longer by providing a stand-alone Wi-Fi Hot-Spot from Cashpoint! This function is only available to existing Cashpoint Payment Solutions Customers. Cashpoint has chosen a ‘Top-of-the-Range” Aerohive solution to match the sophistication and reliability of our ATM solutions.

LOYALTY LINKING – REWARD YOUR MEMBERS!

Would you like to reward your most loyal members or customers with a discount or special offer at the ATM?

With Cashpoint, it’s easy.

Members can be prompted to swipe their membership card when making a withdrawal and the loyalty reward is entirely configured by you! You can for example set it to:

– Reduce or removed ATM transaction fee

– Provide variable discounts according to membership level

– Provide ‘Special Offer Vouchers’ on a member’s birthday

ADVERTISING CAPABILITIES

Using both product screens and/or our video toppers our customers can advertise upcoming events, specials or promotions on all of our products.

We can also have receipts printed with details of these events or specials and can even have individual coupons dispensed along with receipts.

SIDECAR NOTE BREAKER

Provide your members and patrons with a convenient note-breaker facility right next to where they draw their cash!

With Cashpoint note-breakers and coin-dispensers available at the ATM by simply attaching a purpose-built side-car to the ATM. The side-car can be fitted with various cash and card handling modules.
